Steven is an accomplished Author, Lecturer, and Tax Strategist. He firmly believes that it is every American’s right to pay the least amount of tax legally possible. To that end he has devoted most, if not all, of his educational and business career to developing tax and business strategies.

Steven graduated from the University of Southern California in 1982 with a B.S. in Finance. He began his career at Wells Fargo Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer, managing small to medium size businesses, eventually serving as CFO and Controller of a large construction and development firm. In 1998, Steven opened his own private financial practice that includes Tax Planning, Tax Resolution, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Investment Management. His specialty is working with small business owners focusing on Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Investors.

He is an Enrolled Agent (EA), which enables him to prepare Personal, Corporate, Partnership and Trust tax returns in all 50 states and represent clients in litigation and audits with the IRS. He is also a Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor, Certified Estate Planner (CEP) and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). However, what distinguishes Steven from other Financial Professionals is his designation as a Certified Tax Coach (CTC), an elite group of professionals who focus is on helping businesses and individuals save tax dollars.

Away from the office, Steven is actively involved in various organizations and charities and is a member or the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and National Association of Tax Prepares. He enjoys golf and traveling and has been married to his wife Adrienne for 10 years.
